Questions
Is the live analysis really unlimited on free?
Yes. The engine runs on your machine, on your CPU — it costs us nothing, so metering it would only be metering the thing that makes people install the extension. You need a free account for it, and that is the whole gate.
So what am I paying for?
The things that run on our servers: sweeping every game you finish through a full engine pass, keeping the history, and computing the aggregates behind the insights. Those cost real money per game, which is why they are the paid half.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings. Stripe hosts the billing portal, so cancelling takes two clicks and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my games if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You keep seeing the most recent 10, and the rest reappear the moment you resubscribe. You can also export everything at any time, on either tier.
Do you store my opponents’ usernames?
Only where they appear in the PGN the platform generated. We say exactly what we keep in the privacy policy, and there is a one-click export and a real delete.
